The South Oldham Lions Club has provided free vision screening to over 4,000 young children and people of Oldham County, Kentucky, over the past year 
Early vision screening can help detect and correct eye problems. We provide free vision screening for pre-school and elementary age children. Our camera gazes into the child's eyes to check for visions problems that may near to be seen by an eye doctor. 

The local community of South Oldham County, Kentucky, includes Brownsboro, Crestwood, Pewee Valley,  Buckner, Centerfield, La Grange. and all the beautiful farmland in between, but the ultimate scope of the Lions Club is global, as it is the worlds largest organization

We have provided volunteer service and charitable donations for many community projects and worth causes over the years, sponsoring fairs and events, helping the less fortunate, food and clothing drives, building sidewalks, recycling drives, fund raising for charitable giving, and more
